ALTOHEALTH contains triphala 750 mg. triphala is an herbal formulation of three dried friuts from herbal plants in equal proportion: Terminaliachebula, Terminalia bellirica and phyllantus emblica. Triphala have benefical effect on the entire gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Triphala improve lower GI symptoms and maybe a valuable and effective addition to standard treatmenr of IBS. ALTOHEALTH is supplied in single dose tablets for oral administration. 15 tablets are packed in a blister and 4 blisters are packaged in one box with a leaflet. Indications ALTOHEALTH is Designed to relief of IBS-C and cosntipation and helps in weight loss and control obesity. Dosing Dosing: Adults and children aged 15 and above: One or two tablet once daily. Childern between 7-15 :one tablet once daily. Administration Administer with food and full glass of water. Interactions No food interaction observed. Pregnancy Consult with physician or pharmacist. Breast-Feeding Consult with physician or pharmacist. Contraindications & Cautions Contraindications Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Abnornmal constriction of the GI. Potential or exiting intestinal blockage. Atonic bowel. Appendicits. Inflammatory colon disease such as Crhon’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Abdomina pain of unknown rigin. Severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes.
