Introduction BECO-NUTRITION contains MCT oil that is made of medium-chain triglycerides, a type of triglycerides can be found in coconut oil, palm kernel oil, and various dairy products, which is used to help improve metabolic health and wellness. Compared to long-chain triglycerides or LCT, MCT is much smaller and more readily digestible. It has also been known to help improve mental focus and to slow down the progression of dementia.
